OF YOUR STAY
Deposit
To secure your booking we require your first nights accommodation. This is non refundable.
Payment
Full payment to be received not less than 14 days prior to arrival
Cancellation
We fully understand and appreciate that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and you may need to change or cancel your booking. Should this be the case, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can attempt to re-let the cottage.
Cancellations made after final payment made will not be refunded. Please ensure you have adequate Travel Insurance incase of cancellation.
Cancellation charges
More than 30 days prior to arrival - Deposit only
14-30 days - 50 % of booking
0-14 days - Full Booking payable
Our Promise
At The Annexe Cottage, we would only ever cancel your booking if the cottage was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. In this scenario, we would do our very best to offer you an alternative booking.
If this was not possible or was unacceptable to you, then we would refund all payments you have made. We would accept no responsibility thereafter.
House Rules
Change over of guests during let is not permitted unless by prior arrangement.
No Stags or Hen Parties.
We are a totally non smoking establishment. In respect for ourselves and all our guests we politely request that guests who choose to smoke do so away from the vicinity of the cottage and dispose of stubs and ash responsibly.
Guide dogs are very welcome.
